WORKSHOP: Dynamic Silks

Pre-reqs: This is an intermediate class that requires strong shoulder engagement in a long arm hang, an inversion in the air, a russian climb and a catchers pose.We will cover dynamic moves in aerial fabric. We begin with exploring different beats and move into drops using momentum. We will go over foundational beat technique, try different positions and pathways.
