5-Week CrossFit CoalWorks Foundations Course
Build strength, confidence, and proper technique in our 5 week CrossFit Foundations course.
This course is perfect for those who have been curious about CrossFit, beginners, or anyone looking to improve their health.
Each week, you’ll learn and practice key exercises such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and basic gymnastic movements, all under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Workouts are scaled to your current fitness level, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. Along the way, you'll build the confidence and end the course ready to transition into our regular CrossFit classes.
Whether your goal is to get fitter, learn something new, or kickstart a healthier lifestyle, this course sets the foundation for your CrossFit Coalworks journey.
Foundation classes will take place..
For 5 weeks
Wednesday - 10:30 - 11:30am
Friday 5 - 6pm
Sunday 8:30 - 9:30am
Not all sessions need to be attended, one a week is advisable as movements or workouts maybe repeated.
You will also have access to all other classes.
