If you are interested in improving your golf game and are new to Reformer Pilates, this class is for you!

Starts with a TPI evaluation by our in house physical therapist who is certified with the Titleist Performance Institute.

This package also includes 4 classes of 1:1 instruction to help you learn the basics of Reformer Pilates while incorporating the results of your TPI evaluation for a tailored made program. You will be introduced to the concepts of mind body connection, core engagement, breathwork and healthy body alignment with the goal to increase your mobility, stability, power and to keep you on the course playing your best!
