    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
    Make sure there are enough funds in your account when payment is due—failed payments might interrupt your access to classes.

    Payment Responsibility
    If your payment fails, we are charged a £5 fee by Stripe. This fee will be passed on to you. So if a payment fails, you’ll need to pay an additional £5 on top of your membership fee. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds each month to avoid this.

    Class Booking
    We only have 4 spots per class, so book early to secure yours. Please follow the rules so it’s fair for everyone.

    Cancellations
    Class Bookings
    Please cancel your class bookings via the Goteamup app only. We do not accept cancellations through texts, DMs and phone calls,. To avoid any fees, make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance—late cancellations will be charged.

    Refunds
    We don’t offer refunds. This helps us keep prices fair and pay our staff properly. No exceptions.

    Waitlists
    If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens, you’ll be auto-added and emailed. Can’t make it? Remove yourself at least 24 hours ahead.

    Waitlist Cancellations
    Got added from the waitlist but need to cancel? Do it 24+ hours in advance or you’ll be charged.
