This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date.

Class Booking
We only have 4 spots per class, so book early to secure yours. Please follow the rules so it’s fair for everyone.

No-Shows
If you miss a class without cancelling, you'll lose your credit and be charged £10. That’s not cool—someone else could’ve taken your spot.

Cancellations
Cancel via the Goteamup app only.
We don’t accept cancellations through:

Texts, DMs, calls, or carrier pigeons.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations are charged.

Refunds
We don’t offer refunds. This helps us keep prices fair and pay our staff properly. No exceptions.

Waitlists
If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens, you’ll be auto-added and emailed. Can’t make it? Remove yourself at least 24 hours ahead.
