Do you feel that you'd like to explore the particular movements within the Pilates OG repertoire outside of a class scenario? This is the workshop for you. We will dedicated time and attention to improving focus, position and breath in these sessions. Drilling down into some of the original classical Pilates moves and building our understanding of why they were conceived by Joseph back in the 1940's together with some up to date scientific data around movement. These sessions are perfect if you are new to Pilates and would like to get a little more in the knowledge bank when you jump back into class or perhaps start your classes. These workshops run over 4 sessions with a maximum of 4 people per session.
