It includes everything we offer for the Transformation Program & Challenges: nutrition planning, home workouts, support coaching, habit formation & tracking, 24/7 access to transformation coach. This is our main challenge for those of you who want a taste of what Voltage Fitness can offer. This is for new members, or members who don't have an active class membership.
