Run Club - 1 Month Saver
Designed for intermediate to competitive athletes, this is a periodised weekly endurance program run by an experienced endurance competitor for anyone wanting to optimize their aerobic capacity.

The sessions run weekly and is programmed in 12 week cycles focusing on a specific goal e.g. 5k, half marathon, marathon. We also will design a training program individualised to you that starts with moderate aerobic workouts and progresses into race-pace simulated intervals.

The program will give proper warm ups and technique drills to get you prepped for your training, as well as personalied programming for sessions to be carried out in your own time! Our goal is to efficiently develop your speed, stamina, and endurance.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
