This is a monthly shareable membership amongst 4 family members max in same family household. The Family Manager is the primary and purchases the membership. 20 credits per month then become available for sharing between each member within the Family.

Please note that any "new" family members must go through the Assess for Success Evaluation. Should family members decide to join, each AFS credit will be applied 1 per month until all have been utilized.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
