Assess for Success (AFS) Preliminary Session* - Required for New Clients

The Assess for Success (AFS) Session is required for new clients at Silver Creek Pilates. In order for Pilates to be effective, it requires a solid understanding of the Pilates principles and incorporating these mechanics when performing the exercises. The AFS is a 45 minute session where we will get to learn more about your health goals so we can ensure we work to meet these needs. You will also perform an abbreviated workout of exercises that are considered essential to "learn and master" in Pilates Reformer and the focus will be on ensuring proper mechanics are comprehended and utilized. Should you decide you would like to continue your Pilates journey with Silver Creek Pilates, your AFS fee will be fully credited towards any Monthly Membership or a 10+ Pack Pay As You Pilates. A $20 credit will be given towards a 5 Pack Pay As You Pilates.

AFS sessions are done Monday to Friday in the late morning to mid afternoons, evenings at 6:30pm on certain weekdays and Saturdays in the early afternoons.

As you procure the AFS, it will take you into the TeamUp app, which is the booking calendar. You will set up a TeamUp account profile and please be sure to list any health goals and/or issues. Upon your transaction, we receive a notification and then reach out to schedule your AFS session. Grip socks are ideal for your pilates reformer session.

Semi Private Lesson -$65 per person Shared Membership

Single rate for a Semi private lesson is for 2 persons max. Price per person is $65. Total for two persons is $130.

Each person in attendance will need to purchase an individual Semi Private lesson credit OR Family Manager can procure both credits and the credit will be dispersible to the applicable family member attendee. Semi private lesson is 50 minutes.

Credit is valid for 60 days.
