A challenging, impact free workout and mobility session for all levels of fitness, that will help you improve flexibility, build strength and reduce pain by enhancing your alignment, posture and movement quality. Using balance exercises and movement flows combined with optional body weight challenges and deep stretches, you will be using muscles you didn’t even know you had, without even realising it. Guaranteed to leave you smiling, these balance challenges will see you wobble through to a stronger body, improved alignment and greater flexibility.

Standing or balancing on one leg helps strengthen bones as much as about 53 minutes of walking, it increases your standing calorie burn by 50%-65% and strengthens your glutes, quads, hamstrings and core muscles. You also automatically have to correct and strengthen your posture in order to maintain your balance, which helps combat back, shoulder and neck pain when you go back to your desk or sofa.

Keeping your body in a strong stable alignment is important for a healthy, flexible body that helps you maintain correct and comfortable posture, maximise your performance in other dance and sports disciplines, enhances your functional strength and helps protects you from injury.
