This rolling class pass bills on the purchase date and then on the same date each month until cancelled. If the billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), billing will occur on the final day of that month.
Your first payment is taken on the class pass start date and allows immediate access to 10 passes. Passes renew on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Class passes are valid at our Newcastle studios only (Jesmond and Whitley Bay). There is no minimum term, and you may amend your class pass at any time.
A minimum of seven days’ notice is required to amend your membership. Amendments include pauses, cancellations and downgrades. Pauses must be for a minimum of seven days and will not take immediate effect, nor can they be applied retrospectively. If a payment is due within seven days before the pause begins, it will be taken as normal; any credit owed will be applied to your next bill. Pass allowances during a pause will be prorated and charges reduced accordingly. Pauses are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation. A customer may request a pause for a maximum of two months at a time, and for no more than three months in any twelve-month period. Class Passes cannot be cancelled whilst paused; they must restart before a cancellation request is submitted.
To cancel your class pass, please email newcastle@hotpodyoga.com more than 7 days before your next billing date. If your billing date falls within the next seven days, the payment will be taken as normal and your class pass will complete at the end of the following billing cycle.
Once a payment has been taken, it is non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused passes.
Your payment details will be securely stored for the duration of your class pass.
Please book in advance to secure a space. A maximum of two classes may be booked per day. Cancellations must be made at least six hours before class. A blackout period runs from 01:00–05:00, which does not count toward the cancellation window. Please consider this for early morning classes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions for the remainder of the month. Class pass prices may vary from time to time; you will receive one month’s notice before any changes.
