This rolling class pass renews automatically each month. Your first payment is taken on the start date and then on the same date each month until cancelled. Where the billing date does not exist in a particular month (for example, the 31st), payment will be taken on the final day of that month.

Your first payment provides immediate access to unlimited classes at Hotpod Yoga Newcastle studios (Jesmond and Whitley Bay) only, subject to the fair usage policy below. There is no minimum term.

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to amend, pause, downgrade or cancel your class pass.

Pause requests must be submitted by email and are not effective until confirmed in writing. Pauses must be for a minimum of 7 days and cannot be applied retrospectively. If a payment falls due within the 7-day notice period, it will be collected as normal and any applicable credit will be applied to a future payment. A maximum pause of 2 months may be taken at any one time, with a maximum of 3 months' pause permitted in any 12-month period. A class pass cannot be cancelled whilst paused and must be reactivated before a cancellation request is submitted.

To cancel your class pass, email newcastle@hotpodyoga.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. If less than 7 days' notice is given, the next scheduled payment will be collected and the class pass will remain active until the end of that billing period.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds will not be issued for partial months, unused classes or periods of non-attendance.

Payment details will be securely stored for the duration of your class pass.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure classes remain accessible to all members, a maximum of 2 classes may be booked per day.

Classes should be booked in advance to secure a space. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time. A blackout period applies between 01:00 and 05:00 and does not count towards the cancellation window. Please take this into account when cancelling early morning classes.

If you do not attend a booked class, a £10 no-show fee will be applied to your account. If you cancel within the 6-hour cancellation window, a £5 late cancellation fee will be applied. Members will be notified by email and charges will be applied 3 days after the scheduled class.

Outstanding fees must be settled before further attendance or bookings are permitted.

Class pass prices may change from time to time. At least 30 days' notice will be provided before any price change takes effect.

Hotpod Yoga Newcastle reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where changes materially affect members.
