**30 Day Summer Intro Offer Pass Terms & Conditions** Please read prior to purchase.
This pass entitles the purchaser to 30 consecutive days of access to Hotpod Yoga Newcastle studios (Jesmond and Whitley Bay locations only) from the date of purchase.
The pass allows one class booking per day.
If you cancel a booking or do not attend a booked class, that day's pass entitlement is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another class time on that day.
Please note that if you accrue three or more no-shows during the 30-day period, the pass may be cancelled without refund.
To ensure fair access for all members, please only book classes you intend to attend. Our waiting lists operate automatically, so please read your booking confirmation and waitlist confirmation email carefully to familiarise yourself with how the system works.
A 6-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings, excluding the overnight blackout period detailed in your booking confirmation email.
Workshops and special events are not included in this pass.
