Mini Membership (5 Classes p/m)
A rolling monthly membership that offers five classes per month at Hotpod Yoga Newcastle & Whitley Bay. Our month runs as per the calendar month and unused credits can't be carried over. This is an ongoing monthly membership that starts on the date of purchase. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need 7 days notice to cancel. Going on holiday? Busy week ahead? - put your membership on hold (7 days notice, 7 days minimum).     Terms and conditions
    This rolling membership bills on the purchase date and then on the same date each month until cancelled. If the billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), billing will occur on the final day of that month.

    Your first payment is taken on the class pass start date and allows immediate access to 5 passes. Passes renew on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Class passes are valid at our Newcastle studios only (Jesmond and Whitley Bay). There is no minimum term, and you may amend your class pass at any time.

    A minimum of seven days’ notice is required to amend your class pass. Amendments include pauses and cancellations. Pauses must be for a minimum of seven days and will not take immediate effect, nor can they be applied retrospectively. If a payment is due within seven days before the pause begins, it will be taken as normal; any credit owed will be applied to your next bill. Pass allowances during a pause will be prorated and charges reduced accordingly. Pauses are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation. A customer may request a pause for a maximum of two months at a time, and for no more than three months in any twelve-month period. Memberships cannot be cancelled whilst paused; they must restart before a cancellation request is submitted.

    To cancel your membership, please email newcastle@hotpodyoga.com more than 7 days before your next billing date. If your billing date falls within the next seven days, the payment will be taken as normal and your class pass will complete at the end of the following billing cycle.

    Once a payment has been taken, it is non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused passes.

    Your payment details will be securely stored for the duration of your class pass.

    Please book in advance to secure a space. A maximum of two classes may be booked per day. Cancellations must be made at least six hours before class. A blackout period runs from 01:00–05:00, which does not count toward the cancellation window. Please consider this for early morning classes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions for the remainder of the month. Class pass prices may vary from time to time; you will receive one month’s notice before any changes.
