Nutrition Coaching Programme - NEW

You'll receive bespoke meal and nutrition recommendations, new recipes every month, tips for taking health and body composition measurements, access to a private Facebook community, Q&As with our coaches and tons more. Body Composition Measurements

Find out how much body fat and lean weight you have via our skinfold method and have your girth measurements taken with the tape measure. We recommend these to track how your body is responding to your diet and training. Please note this does not include nutritional support and is measurements only. Training Programme
Commit to be fit with our online training programmes. This membership is ideal if you'd like additional training sessions to follow at home, your own gym or outside PT sessions. Your fitness programme will be delivered via an app, making it simple and convenient for you to follow wherever you are.

We'll send a programme delivered to your goals, ability level, time availability and the equipment you have access to. Our most popular training programmes are Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, weight loss and body transformations. Whatever your goal, we can design the programme to achieve it.

Kids class membership
Come and learn our favourite sport. Olympic Weightlifting is great for improving mobility, flexibility, co-ordination, speed and strength. We take a holistic approach and host our daily board talk which includes information on topics such as goal setting, gratitude, and nutrition.

Life Coaching - 1x Per Month
Want to take control of your life and feel more empowered to reach your potential? What do happiness and success look like to you? Life coaching is all about creating a blueprint that sets you on the path you want to be on.

Our Life Coaching sessions via Zoom last between 60-90 minutes and we use tried and tested frameworks to explore each area of your life, identifying the things you want to improve. As well as working with you to pinpoint your longer-term goals, we also recommend small changes you can make everyday to achieve those goals.

Bespoke Training Programme
Our bespoke training programmes are ideal if you'd like a tailored programme designed specifically by our Head Coach. With this membership, you'll benefit from extra accountability and technical coaching through weekly check-ins and monthly Zoom calls.

Training sessions can be designed to help you reach any goal, and can include sessions to follow at home, our facility or a gym of your own choice. Your programme will be tailored towards your goals, ability level, time availability and the equipment you have access to.

Bronze Membership - 2 x Sessions Per Week
With our Bronze Membership, you can enjoy the gym facilities to support your fitness goals 2x per week. Whether your goal is Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, general fitness or body transformation, we want to help you get there.

Gold Membership - Unlimited Sessions Per Week
If you need more training sessions or want to attend more of our classes, the gold Membership gives you unlimited access to our gym facilities. If you want to improve your overall health and fitness, lose weight, build muscle or train to compete, the Silver Membership is ideal.

Youth Membership - 11 years+
Our youth membership is for older children aged 11+. This membership is applicable for any type of training - Olympic, power, strength and conditioning. This is bookable at 3 sessions per week. Please note there is no restrictions to the times this membership can train, but will need consent from parent/guardian to train alongside adults.

Silver Membership - 3 x Sessions Per Week
With our Silver Membership, you can enjoy the gym facilities to support your fitness goals 3 x per week. Whether your goal is Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, general fitness or body transformation, we want to help you get there. Your training programme is also provided on this membership.
