Body Composition Measurements
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 30 days.
Go beyond the scales with a full body composition review on our state of the art InBody 270 machine. You'll be guided through the process by one of our in-house coaches and receive a printed report detailing how much body fat you have, how much muscle mass, how much body water and more. This can be used to get a one-off snapshot of your current body composition but we recommend using these every 4 weeks to monitor how your body is responding to your diet, lifestyle and training.

Come and use our facility and equipment for a one-off, drop in session. Perfect for those who are travelling or can't commit to a regular membership.

Unlimited Gym Membership
Our monthly gym membership gives our members unlimited access to our facility and equipment. This is best taken in conjunction with our personalised training programme so you know to do and when, to get the best possible results. We'll also have a coach available to help and support where needed.

Training Programme
Commit to be fit with our online training programmes. This membership is ideal if you'd like additional training sessions to follow at home, your own gym or outside PT sessions. Your fitness programme will be delivered via an app, making it simple and convenient for you to follow wherever you are.

We'll send a programme delivered to your goals, ability level, time availability and the equipment you have access to. Our most popular training programmes are Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, weight loss and body transformations. Whatever your goal, we can design the programme to achieve it.

Kids' Class Membership
Come and learn our favourite sport. Olympic Weightlifting is great for improving mobility, flexibility, co-ordination, speed and strength. We take a holistic approach and host our daily board talk which includes information on topics such as goal setting, gratitude, and nutrition.

Life Coaching - 1x Per Month
Want to take control of your life and feel more empowered to reach your potential? What do happiness and success look like to you? Life coaching is all about creating a blueprint that sets you on the path you want to be on.

Our Life Coaching sessions via Zoom or at our gym last between 60-90 minutes and we use tried and tested frameworks to explore each area of your life, identifying the things you want to improve. As well as working with you to pinpoint your longer-term goals, we also recommend small changes you can make everyday to achieve those goals.

Bespoke Training Programme
Our bespoke training programmes are ideal if you'd like a tailored programme designed specifically by our Head Coach. With this membership, you'll benefit from extra accountability and technical coaching through weekly check-ins and monthly Zoom calls.

Training sessions can be designed to help you reach any goal, and can include sessions to follow at home, our facility or a gym of your own choice. Your programme will be tailored towards your goals, ability level, time availability and the equipment you have access to.

Bronze Membership - 2 x Sessions Per Week
With our Bronze Membership, you can enjoy the gym facilities to support your fitness goals 2x per week. Whether your goal is Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, general fitness or body transformation, we want to help you get there.

Gold Membership - Unlimited Sessions Per Week
If you need more training sessions or want to attend more of our classes, the gold Membership gives you unlimited access to our gym facilities. If you want to improve your overall health and fitness, lose weight, build muscle or train to compete, the Silver Membership is ideal.

Teens Membership
Our teens sessions are aimed at secondary school ages and take place every Monday & Wednesday at 4:30pm and on Saturdays at 10am. Our coach led classes teach the fundamentals of weightlifting and functional fitness in a fun, yet safe and controlled environment. Choose between Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting or Strength and Conditioning style programming.

Silver Membership - 3 x Sessions Per Week
With our Silver Membership, you can enjoy the gym facilities to support your fitness goals 3 x per week. Whether your goal is Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, general fitness or body transformation, we want to help you get there. Your training programme is also provided on this membership.

Nutrition Nerds - Online Coaching Programme
Transform your body and habits for life with our online nutrition coaching membership. Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or reach peak athletic performance, our nutrition coaching programme can help.

You'll receive coaching from our in-house Nutrition Nerds via our coaching app. We'll provide personalised calorie and macro guidance and access to your own meal planner and recipe database. You'll receive a weekly check in via the app to help keep you accountable and to support you with navigating challenges., You'll also be added to our members community where we share other useful resources and educational videos.

Nutrition Nerds - VIP Coaching
Work 1-2-1 with more hands on support an accountability from your chosen nutritionist. Transform your body, you habits and you relationship with your body and food for life . Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle, improve your relationship with food or reach peak athletic performance, our coaches can help.

You'll receive private, hands on coaching from your chosen coach. We'll provide personalised calorie and macro guidance and access to your own meal planner and recipe database. You'll receive a weekly check in via the app to help keep you accountable and to support you with navigating challenges. You'll also receive food diary reviews, direct contact and an optional training programme too. In addition to this you'll be added to our members only community where we share other useful resources and educational videos.
