This membership gives you access to all classes in your chosen location. You may attend 5 classes per month.

    Terms and conditions
    This is a flexible recurring month to month membership. The first payment is due on the memberships start date.

    This membership entitles you to 5 sessions per month at your chosen location, these sessions cannot be used in multiple locations and cannot be carried over to the following month.

    Park Access --
    Your once a week membership gives you access to one location. All Unlimited members can have multi park access. If you would like to upgrade your membership to 'Unlimited' and gain multi park access then please just send us an email specifying which locations you would like access to and we will add them to your booking account and upgrade your membership.

    Cancellation Policy --
    This is an ongoing monthly membership with the flexibility to cancel at anytime by giving us just 30 days noice. Please note that if a payment is due within the 30 days notice period, the payment will be taken in full. You will still be able to attend classes until your membership expires.

    If you would like to cancel your membership please contact us on info@swiftfitnessgroup.com. All you have to do is send the team an email where you will then be requested to fill in a cancellation form. Please note that your membership will only be cancelled once the form has been completed and submitted. We do not give refunds for you failing to cancel your membership. If you have been given access to multiple locations then you must cancel at your primary location. If in doubt, please contact us on info@swiftfitnessgroup.com.

    Freezing Policy --
    You can freeze your account with us for free for up to 6 months. This means that when you want to return, your price stays at the same rate as when you joined. We need 3 working days notice to freeze your account. Please note, we can only freeze for a minimum of 1 month & maximum of 6 months after which point your membership will restart without warning. Just send the admin team an email and let us know what you would like to do.

    Photos and Videos --
    Occasionally our trainers and the team will take photos and videos of the groups training, which we sometimes post on social media, use on our website and for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in the pictures, please let our team know.

    You will be sent all of the details of how to contact the Swift Admin team and access the members area when you complete the sign up process.

    Your payment details will be securely stored on our system for the duration of the membership.

    This membership is non-transferable.
