A fun and relaxed, no pressure environment to practice yoga with your little one(s). With poses for both parent and child, everyone is included. Aged between 5-11 years old. No previous experience required. Flow along with your child or bring your laptop to work in the studio. One pass is for one adult and up to two children (includes 2 mats together). Don't forget to book into the workshop once you have purchased your pass. This class is without heat and will include a drink and snack at the end of the class.

Yoga and Sound Workshop

This is a 90 minute workshop for the soul! A 45 minute relaxing flow followed by a 45 minute sound immersion using quartz crystal singing bowls. The healing effects of singing bowls are widely recommended. The vibrations created by the bowls benefits the body in so many ways. Trust us, you'll be floating out the door. Bring blankets and pillows and anything else to give you maximum comfort!

Regular Membership

A rolling monthly membership that offers ten classes per month at Hotpod Yoga Derby. It renews each month from the date you sign up, and unused classes don’t roll over.. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need 2 weeks' notice to cancel or you can put on hold for up to a month at any time. Make Hotpod Yoga part of your regular routine. Off-Peak Monthly Membership

A rolling monthly membership that gives unlimited access to ‘off-peak’ classes at Hotpod Yoga Derby. Off-peak classes include all weekday classes from 6:30am until 2:30pm, plus Nurturing Flow at 8:30pm on a Monday, Dynamic Flow classes on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 7pm. At weekends it includes 8am and 11am classes on Saturdays and the 8:30am class on Sundays. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need two weeks' notice to cancel or you can put on hold any time. Student Membership

This membership enables full time students to have one class per week at Hotpod Yoga Derby. Once the pass has been purchased you will be contacted to send a copy of your photographic student ID. If this is not received within 24 hours, the membership will be cancelled. The week runs from Monday - Sunday and unused credits cannot be rolled over. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass was purchased. You can put on hold at any time or cancel with two weeks' notice. Bookings must be made in advance and classes must be cancelled within our six hour cancellation period or you will lose your weekly class.
