Beginner Padel Coaching Programme

What to Expect

Week 1 – Fundamentals

  • Introduction to the rules and scoring

  • Ball control and correct grip

  • Forehand and backhand technique

  • Introduction to glass work and wall awareness

Week 2 – Serve & Volley

  • Serving fundamentals

  • Return of serve

  • Positioning when serving and returning

  • Introduction to the volley

Week 3 – Building Tactical Awareness

  • The lob

  • Bandeja (defensive volley)

  • Understanding when to defend and when to attack

  • Court positioning and tactical awareness

Week 4 – Match Play & Tournament

  • Review of all core skills

  • Competitive drills and point construction

  • Tactical game scenarios

  • Mini tournament and King of the Court competition
