CFB CHALLENGE28 will run from the 4th-31st of January and is open to anyone, not just CFB Members. You can join the challenge up until the 2nd of January when registration will close. You will need to purchase this one off membership to take part. You will also need to download Boxmate App to fully benefit from the challenge. This is something we want to be simple and accessible. The focus will be on 5 very simple clear goals. 4 are daily goals that you will need to hit every day, one is weekly. This is a kick starter challenge to help us build habits, so the by the end, our routines naturally accommodate the positive aspects of our goals, meaning we’ll find it easier to carry on doing them longer into the rest of the year. We want goals to be realistic and achievable so that we’re less likely to fail. We also want plenty of you involved, the more of us that sign-up, the more support we can all give to each other as well. It’s so much easier to achieve when we’re all pulling in the same direction and boosting each other up when it comes to things like nutrition and exercise.
The 5 goals will center around:
1: Hydration
2: Sleep
3: Positive Self Reflection
4: No Alcohol
5: Moving Regularly
