Join us via zoom for this transformational 5-week mindfulness meditation series designed specifically for those interested in learning how to calm a busy mind, how to cultivate emotional resilience and improve sleep.

5 Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:30 via zoom. Once  you have registered, you will be sent a zoom link.
Each weekly session will build on the previous week, so attendance for all 5 sessions is recommended for best results. 

Sessions will be recorded and shared so that if you miss one you can catch up.
