Women & girls self defence bootcamp

6 X 1 hour weekly self defence sessions for women & girls.

over 6 weeks we will start with the basics, awareness, avoidance, deescalation & confidence building, then move on to the physical skills, palm strikes, blocking & basic kicks, all the way through to (Trigger Warning) grab releases, choke releases & possible SA attacks on the floor! Everything is taught through fun role play in a female only environment, real life skills that work for us females in a real life attack!
