Yin yoga targets the connective tissue of the body that can be difficult to target in an active practice. In a yin pose, we meet our edge, settle in, and stay awhile. These poses can increase elasticity, lubricate the joints and soothe the mind. As we access the Yin part of our physical practice, we also engage the Yin side of our being.
Come learn the fundamental poses of Yin, how to practice safely, and tools to deepen your experience. Bolsters, blankets, and props will be provided! Come relax and stay awhile!
