Mor Next Gen Classes (Ages 9–17)
Mor Next Gen is a fun, supportive 1-hour class designed to help young people build strong foundations for lifelong movement and fitness. Sessions focus on developing good body mechanics through functional movements, while improving metabolic conditioning in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
These classes encourage confidence, coordination, strength, and fitness — all delivered through fun, energetic training that keeps kids and teens motivated and moving. 💪✨
What’s Included: A block of 10 sessions.
