This course is the second part of the Supercharged family and should only be taken after completing Level 1 STRENGTH.

Suitable for postnatal mums who have successfully completed Level 1, this 6-week course is the advanced course with a focus on strength training. We will continue with the pelvic floor health, breath coordination and functional movement from Level 1 and introduce more advanced exercises and heavier weights.

You are required to complete the Level 1 course before attending this class as we want to make sure you are strong enough to do the exercises without hurting yourself or weakening your core system.

Small class of 4-5 mums

Pre-walking babies are welcome to this class.

Please note: This is a personal training studio and if you bring your baby it is advised you wrap them up to keep them warm. Prams are welcome in the studio. Please provide your own blanket and toys for your child. You are responsible for your own child's safety.
