Yoga Mat Storage – Terms & Conditions

Storage: The Shala offers designated, numbered storage spaces for clients' personal yoga mats, subject to availability and payment of the applicable monthly storage fee.

Owner's Risk: All mats are stored entirely at the owner's own risk. The Shala accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, theft, damage, deterioration or destruction of mats, regardless of the cause or circumstances.

Payment: Storage fees are payable monthly, in advance. Continued use of the storage facility is conditional upon receipt of payment.

Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, The Shala reserves the right to remove the mat from its allocated storage space and transfer it to the studio's general lost property area, without further notice.

Unclaimed Mats: Mats transferred to lost property will be retained for a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of removal. It remains the owner's responsibility to arrange collection within this period.

Donation: Any mat remaining unclaimed after the three-month period will be donated to charity or a community organisation, without further notice or compensation to the owner.

Acceptance: By using the mat storage service, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
