Monthly Unlimited (Debit Order)
- Recurring membership, bills monthly.
- No minimum subscription, cancel any time.
- Provides unlimited access to regular in-studio while the debit order is active.
- First full period begins on the membership's start date.
- Advance booking is required and classes are subject to availability.
- The pass is personal to the purchaser and non-transferable.
- Standard cancellation and no-show rules apply to individual class bookings.

Class Cancellation Policy
- Classes may be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled class start time without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations.
- Late cancellations and non-attendance ("no-shows") will be treated as follows:
- Single, 5-Class and 10-Class Passes: the booked class will be treated as used and one class will be deducted from the pass.
- Unlimited Pass holders who repeatedly late-cancel or fail to attend booked classes may have their advance booking privileges temporarily restricted.

Refunds & Transfers
- Class Pass purchases are non-refundable for change-of-mind purchases.
- Where a client is unable or no longer wishes to use a Class Pass, the remaining value may, at The Shala's discretion, be converted to studio credit.
