101 Introduction Course September 2020

Join us to learn the basics, get introduced to CrossFit workouts, and become a part of our amazing CrossFit community.


Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays (8 classes total) offering two time slot options:
Lunch Time from 1230-1330h
Evenings from 1830-2000h

Register for the course and choose which time slot you are - mostly - planning to attend.
As long as you attend all 8 sessions you are able to switch between time slots.
Cannot attend all 8 dates? No problem – you can always schedule individual make up sessions.
