We are an approved vendor through Cottonwood Charter School! Once we receive a PO from Cottonwood, we will issue you a discount code that will allow you to sign up for the services indicated on the PO. You will not be charged. All invoices will be submitted to Cottonwood by CIFL in accordance with the defined billing process.

The ordering process begins when a family requests an order through Procurify.
The order is then reviewed by Cottonwood to ensure it aligns with the vendor information. This includes the pricing which is pulled directly from the class listing.
Once all information has been confirmed the order will be purchased and the PO is sent to the email on file.
Once the PO has been received an invoice can be submitted after services have begun. Please review the invoicing requirements below.

We are an approved vendor through Clarksville Charter School. Families must submit a request for the services through Vista Ordering System. Once the request is approved CIFL is sent a “Service Voucher”. When we receive the voucher, we will send you a code you can use to sign up for the services designated on the voucher. You will not be billed for services. CIFL will submit invoices to the charter school for payment in accordance with the our billing agreement.
