A rolling monthly membership that gives access to four ‘off-peak’ classes per month at Hotpod Yoga Elephant and Castle (London). Off-peak classes include all weekday classes from 6.30am until 4pm and Fridays 7pm onwards. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need two weeks' notice to pause or cancel. Terms and conditionsUnused credits can't be carried over. Payment will be automatically taken each month in advance until you cancel your membership. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. The first payment is due on the membership start date. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the membership will be billed on the last day of the month. Once the payment is taken for any month, it is non-refundable and refunds will not be issued for partial months. Some workshops/events may be excluded from this membership, please check the website for further information. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
You must book in advance to secure a spot. A maximum of two class registrations can be made per day. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance [outside the hours of 1am to 5am]. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a month or apply a charge (the charge would be stipulated on the booking confirmation) in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations. We may vary the price of the membership from time to time, in which case you will be given a months’ notice in advance of the change. Memberships can be cancelled or put on hold at any time by contacting Hotpod Yoga Elephant and Castle (London) by email with at least two weeks’ notice (prior to the start of the hold or date of the cancellation). Cancellations and holds are not confirmed until confirmation is received.
If your cancellation notice is within two weeks of your current billing date then your membership will expire the last day of your next billing cycle.
