Introduction to bungee fitness 4 week course level 1

This introduction to bungee course will teach you all the basic techniques of bungee fitness. Course must be completed to attend further classes on offer.  All fitness levels welcome.

No bungee fitness experience required

*Please wear suitable gym clothing & footwear. No loose jewellery.*

 Padded cycling shorts worn back to front over your leggings for extra padding are recommended to help minimise any bruising that might occur. 

Bring a water bottle

Minimum weight limit 50kg Maximum weight limit 125kg

Must not be pregnant or have had a baby within the last 6 months.
