Running a busy CrossFit box means that time is at a premium, so having easy-to-access reports and simple-to-use features allows me to focus on coaching and the day to day running of the box. At first I was a little apprehensive of how much benefit it would actually bring to myself and the business as I have been trading for ten years as a sole trader.
