Beyond just having a software partner, it’s about relationships. What I really enjoy about working with TeamUp is there’s a face to everybody. It’s not a random email. There’s communication and follow up. That makes me as a business manager very at ease. It's also a lot cheaper than quite a lot of the other competitors who are trying to do a lot of things. In my opinion, we've tried them and they've all fallen short and TeamUp does everything that it needs to do. And then if you need to do something extra, it's so handy for being able to do that.
Before I was on TeamUp, I had spreadsheets, which I had to juggle, and occasionally I would miss payments. And then six months later realize that someone hadn’t paid me and then it was too late to ask them. I would absolutely recommend it, it just keeps everything on the straight and narrow and helps you keep track of everything.
The biggest selling point for me was that you were going to go into my current booking system and move all the clients over for me. You were going to help me move all the payments from Stripe into TeamUp and that alone sold me on the idea of painless transfer from one system to another.
What I also love about it is if you have an idea or something that there's not on or hasn't been available before in the system, then the developers are willing to listen to you and add that which I've noticed over the years that a lot of features on that weren't there, to begin with.
I went to a CrossFit around the corner from me in Twickenham, and they were using TeamUp so I signed up using TeamUp and I was like, this is so easy I need to bring this into Bootcamp. So that's where I went. And if I'm honest, it was probably the best decision just to keep the business alive, really.
TeamUp worked more for CrossFit classes compared to any other software I had tried out. The service you are providing as a CrossFit affiliate is a luxury service, and with that service you need to provide a booking system that is practical, easy to use and needs to be efficient.
TeamUp is probably the only business that I really enjoy using the chat widget for. If I can't figure out something it's so easy to use to click and ask questions. I also like that it comes back in an email, but that I can still see the messages in the chat within my TeamUp account. I have never had a problem getting an answer.
If TeamUp went down my business would go down. My entire business is run through TeamUp. My client portal, my scheduling, my payments, everything. I think I could sell it to everyone in the country, and I can say that because I have tried everything else.
