Yoga Beyond the Basics | 5 week online course

This 5 week online course is designed to follow on from Heather's "Yoga for Beginners "block, or suitable for anyone who is familiar with basic yoga postures. The class is slow paced with poses carefully explained, perfectly pitched as a stepping stone to more dynamic styles of Yoga.

Heather creates a fun and encouraging environment, allowing you to explore the practice with variations that suit your individual needs.

Revisiting postures from the previous block, whilst introducing new poses, transitions, breath and relaxation techniques that you can practice from the comfort of your own home.

You will come away with a great grasp of the fundamentals, and a deeper knowledge and understanding of the practice.

Course takes place online with live stream sessions on Zoom. Link and details for class will be sent via email prior first session.
